I went to eat brunch at Garden Cafe in The Bronx, NY and I noticed this on the menu.  I’m not a Spanish native speaker, but I remember high school Spanish class.

I noticed this immediately:

Huevos vs Juevos

The proper spelling is Huevos.  I can see why they might have mistaken the spelling of Huevos.  J makes a sound similar to H like house, or Jalapeno.
